Our tube settler produced by 100% virgin PP, PVC as its raw material. Tube settler is having a hexagonal shape and with an angle correction of 60 degrees. With having several tubular channels which combine to make a great settling area which enables the particle to settle at a depth that is basically less than the settling depth of the normal clarifier. It was hot-drawn into a hexagonal tube shape by infrared thermal machine and then welded into the using shape with patented technology and high frequency.

Tube settler highly used in sewage treatment plants to settle out the suspended solids depending upon the application the total suspended solids can vary from 50 to 500mg/l.
